1. Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
FlatFinder provides a service to help users find rental apartments by aggregating listings from various public sources. We are not a real estate agency and are not party to any rental agreements.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account information. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not to a breach of the Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
